What is Your Leader Lid?

I hope you all are having a great start to your week. In this week's post I want to talk to you about what John Maxwell often calls a Leader Lid. He is referring to a leaders capacity to lead. I believe that each leader’s lid can be self imposed or based on their natural ability.
