Leaders are learners! You don’t need to
hang out with greater leaders very long to learn this principle. The only
exception to this is when you find a leader who has stopped having anyone else have an influence in their life. At this point they are no longer leading, because they stopped growing.

1. What am I doing in my spiritual life to grow?
2. What am I doing in my relational life to grow?
3. What am I doing in my skill life to grow (music or tech)?
4. What resources am I exposing myself to on a regular basis to get new ideas for growing?
